The Problem

Distance is where renovation budgets quietly leak.

01

You can't verify what you can't see

Photos and calls tell you work is done. Only someone in the room can confirm it's done right — before you pay.

02

One quote is not a market price

Without a local partner running comparisons, owners abroad routinely accept the first bid — the only one they can evaluate.

03

Once work starts, you're a captive customer

Contractors know a mid-project change order can't be shopped around — so it's priced like one, often several times a competitive bid.

"I coordinate everything between you and all the different service providers on site — answering only to you, working only on your behalf."

How It Works

Five phases. One rule: work is verified before money moves.

This is the actual sequence we run on every renovation, from the first designer conversation to the final invoice.

01

Source designers & service providers

We draw on an established network of vetted specialists across every trade — never a cold call, always a confirmed, reasonably priced professional.

A trusted network, not a search
02

Run competitive bidding

Every phase is quoted by multiple providers on the same scope — so you're comparing real prices, not guessing at fair value.

Saved ₪500K–700K
03

Negotiate contract terms in your favor

We negotiate payment phases and contract terms that give you real leverage — not just when everything goes smoothly.

Real leverage, not empty promises
04

Sequence and manage the engagement

We sequence every provider's timeline so the next is ready on schedule, and handle all day-to-day coordination on your behalf.

05

Verify, then release payment

An independent supervisor — never the person who did the work — confirms it's correct against scope before any payment is authorized.

Conflict-free sign-off
Track Record

What competitive bidding and verification actually save.

On our current mandate, running every phase through competitive bids and independent verification kept costs well under a single-quote, pay-on-trust approach.

Figures reflect one active mandate, not a guarantee for every project — but they show what disciplined bidding and verification are worth.

Why BridgePoint

Your trusted partner on the ground.

No commissions from service providers

We don't take commissions from providers we recommend — we're paid by you. Providers win by competing on price and quality, not payouts to us.

Independent verification, every time

We're physically on site. The person confirming work is complete is never the person who did the work or profits from the invoice.

Contracts written to protect you, not the provider

A contract is your only leverage when a provider underperforms. We negotiate terms and payment phases upfront, so you're never stuck footing a bad bill.

Common Questions

What owners ask before they commit.

How are you paid, if not through commissions from providers?

A fixed monthly fee, scaled to your apartment's size and how hands-on you'd like us to be — agreed upfront, before any work begins.

What happens if a provider's work isn't done correctly?

Every provider is personally vetted or highly recommended. Nothing is signed off until our supervisor confirms the work — and contracts include a liability period.

How do you vet the professionals in your network?

Every name has been personally met and tested on active projects — never a purchased list. We track who delivers and who's reasonably priced.

How long does a typical renovation take, start to finish?

It depends on size, demolition scope, and finish sophistication. As a reference, a 150m² high-end full renovation typically runs 6-9 months.

Do I need to be in Israel at any point during the renovation?

No. You'll get weekly, sometimes daily updates. We handle urgent decisions and changes directly with the designer — you needn't be on-site.

What do you need from me to get started?

First, your property details and project scope — that sets the fee. Then a signed agreement and approved designer's plans, and we begin.

I'm thinking of buying an apartment in Jerusalem — can you help?

Yes — we're glad to speak with anyone considering a purchase, and can introduce trusted lawyers, brokers, or mortgage brokers. Schedule a call.

I inherited a property in Jerusalem and haven't decided what to do with it.

We're happy to help — schedule a call so we can understand your situation and the right introduction to make.
